Kesselbauer builds on the history and tradition of its location, yet meets the highest demands for modern living. The project doesn’t just pay respect to the past with its name, but also by preserving the front facade of the original burgher house.
The project comprises two buildings. The eight-floor, modern-looking object, adjoins the neighbouring building in a harmonious way. The second, six-floor object, was built directly in the location of the former Kesselbauer bakery.
